I'll use this image. First, go to Layer >> Duplicate Layer. Change the Blend Mode to Screen. [Screenshot]
Make a new layer. Using your Gradient Tool, set it to a diagonal gradient from #F9B131 to #FEEC80. Set that new layer's Blend Mode to Multiply.
Make a new layer. Using your Paint Bucket tool, fill that layer with the color #2A3587. Set that layer's Blend Mode to Exclusion, with Opacity 52%.[Screenshot] Your image should now look like this: [Screenshot]
Make another layer. Using the colors #9DBFED to #1226AD, gradient diagonally over your image. [Screenshot] Set that layer's Blend Mode to Linear Burn at 46%. [Screenshot].
On a new layer, make another gradient using the colors black (#000000) to magenta (#DC1A88). Drag it diagonally from top left to bottom right. Set that layer's Blend Mode to Lighten at 100%.
