01. Create a new layer. Fill the layer with color #1C13CF. Set the Blending Mode to Screen.
02. Duplicate the base layer. Set it to Pin Light.
03. Go to Image >> Adjustments >> Add Curves.
04. For the RGB channel, set the input to 177, and the output to 211.
