Open up the file. Copy the file and click on Folders.[Screenshot]

Go to Program Files.[Screenshot]

Then select Adobe.[Screenshot]

Choose Adobe Photoshop. Select Presets. [Screenshot]

Go to Brushes.[Screenshot] Then simply Edit >> Paste your brush. [Screenshot]

To load your brush, open up your Adobe Photoshop program, and select the brush tool. CLick the Blue arrow, and a list shows up. Pick 'Load Brushes.' Choose the brush folder you just downloaded. [Screenshot]
